Who we are
This website is run by OMAC (FZE), Trade Licence No. 11651, issued by the SRTI Free Zone Authority, Block B, Office B58-111, Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park, University City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, P.O. Box 66636. We are responsible for the information described here.
What this website collects
- Technical information. Our hosting provider, Bluehost (Newfold Digital), records server logs such as IP addresses, dates and times, requested pages and browser details. We use them to operate and secure the website. Bluehost's published guidance describes a minimum 30-day access-log retention period; this is not a guaranteed maximum for this account or every provider copy. Provider records are handled under the applicable hosting terms for service, security and legal purposes. Any log extracts OMAC retains follow the purpose and retention rules below.
- Display preferences. Your theme and text-size choices are saved in your browser so the site remembers them. These preferences are not sent to us. You can clear them in your browser settings.
- Messages. If you email or phone us, we use your message and contact details to reply, and keep correspondence for up to two years after our last exchange, unless a legal obligation or a legal claim requires longer retention.
Why we use this information
Our legitimate interests in running a secure website support the use of technical logs. We use messages to respond to enquiries, including taking steps towards a contract when you request them. We keep information required by law where a legal obligation applies.
Cookies, analytics and third parties
The website code sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools, advertising networks or tracking pixels. Display preferences are kept in your browser. Fonts, scripts and images are served from our website. We do not sell visitor information or share it for advertising. Bluehost/Newfold provides company hosting and company-domain email services. These are separate from Athina's Namecheap Private Email mailboxes and Brevo sending service, described in Athina's policy. Providers may also process information for their own security, billing and legal duties.
Where information is processed
Bluehost is our hosting provider. A public lookup of this website's current server address reports Oracle network infrastructure in Mumbai, India. This is the lookup's reported location, not a guarantee that all hosting, mail, backups or provider operations remain in that city or country. OMAC's CEO in the UAE and its contracted lead developer in Egypt may access information as needed for authorised work; the developer is under a confidentiality contract.
Bluehost/Newfold's published notice describes processing in the United States and other countries, including staff or supplier access from India and the Philippines. Applicable service terms and lawful transfer safeguards govern relevant processing; this notice does not itself execute a separate agreement or certify a transfer mechanism.

How long OMAC keeps information
Correspondence is kept for up to two years after the last exchange. OMAC's own security-log extracts are kept for up to 12 months, unless a specific legal duty or live investigation requires longer. Other copies are kept only while reasonably necessary for a documented support, security or legal purpose, with access restricted; they are deleted or anonymised when that reason ends. Required UAE corporate-tax records are kept for at least seven years after the end of the relevant tax period. This does not require keeping unrelated visitor logs or all email for seven years. Bluehost's own records and recovery processes follow its applicable terms; the minimum published log period is not a promise of automatic deletion on day 30.
We use information for the stated purposes and do not authorise unrelated use. Providers' privacy notices do not replace OMAC's responsibilities. Athina accounts and plans are offered only to customers in the United States, Canada and Mexico; this company privacy notice also covers enquiries and visits from elsewhere.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, download or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to or restrict how we use it, by emailing support@onemoreaicompany.com. We acknowledge ordinary enquiries within two calendar days, including weekends and public holidays, using Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4). We respond to rights requests within 30 days, subject to any shorter deadline or lawful extension under the law that applies. This support target never delays an urgent statutory notice. You can complain to a competent regulator where applicable, including your state Attorney General in the United States, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (or, in Québec, the Commission d'accès à l'information), the Mexican authority responsible for protecting personal data held by private parties, or the UAE Data Office; any other non-waivable privacy rights remain protected.
